Excavator Brooms

Our custom excavator brooms are available in three different sizes: 1200mm, 1500mm, and 1800mm for larger machines. Using one of our universal head brackets, we attach the appropriate bracket size to the broom of your choice, tailored to fit your machine (sizes noted below).

As an optional extra, some of our clients choose to customise their brooms by opting for a bolt-on head bracket instead of the traditional welded type. This allows them to purchase additional head brackets in different sizes, which can then be interchanged to use the broom on multiple excavators.

1-1.7T - 30mm pins, 120mm centre, 128mm ears.

2-2.7T - 35mm pins, 185mm centre, 150mm ears.

3-4T - 40mm pins, 185mm centre, 175mm ears OR S-Style S40

4.5-6T - 45mm pins, 250mm centre, 170mm ears OR S-Style S45. 

8-9T - 50mm pins, 310mm centre, 250mm ears OR S-Style S50. 

12-16T - 65mm pins, 380mm centre, 270mm ears OR S-Style S60.
