Shipping Provider: All orders will be shipped via TNT, Direct Freight Express, or for larger, heavier orders - LoadShift. We have worked to find the best shipping rates to provide you with fast and affordable delivery.

Shipping Time: Shipping times will vary depending on your location. We will provide you with a estimated delivery date at the time of your order. Processing time for order is usually within 24 hours, and dropped to the Shipping Depot within 2 - 3 business days to be shipped to your selected location. 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the size and weight of your order and your location. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process. If you would like to arrange shipping yourself, please select the "pick up" option at check out and contact us at sales@limitlessattachments.com.au. 

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an update email from our office containing a shipment tracking link, an estimated time of arrival on your order, and any specific information you might need. 

Delivery: Delivery locations and options will be discussed at the time of your order. Due to the size and weight of the attachments, we need to send palletised items to your nearest TNT-FedEx or Direct Frieght depot, from there you can collect. Smaller items, or rural areas may differ. If you are unsure, please contact us for a custom quote.

Limitless Attachments Refund Policy

At Limitless Attachments, we strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fair treatment of all customers while protecting the business.

Responsibility of Buyer: It is the responsibility of the buyer to measure the attachments correctly and read the product description before purchasing. Limitless Attachments will not provide a refund for incorrect measurements or lack of understanding of the product description.

Alterations Only: Any alterations that are requested to the product are done to the specifications provided by the buyer. Once alterations are made to a product, it can not be returned or exchanged. Please ensure all measurements that have been provided and that are noted on this invoice are correct before payment is made.

Exchanges: An exchange will only be given for faulty items. In the event of a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to request an exchange.

Refunds: Refunds may be given in extenuating circumstances agreed to by the owner of Limitless Attachments. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us to discuss your situation.
